Grip Squad Refund Policy

At Grip Squad, we take pride in delivering high-quality mobile regripping services right at your door. Because our service involves custom installation of new grips on your clubs, all sales are final once the service is completed.

Refunds will not be offered unless a clear service error has been made on our part. Examples of service errors include (but are not limited to):

  • A grip installed incorrectly (e.g., slipping or loose on the shaft)

  • A manufacturing defect in the grip at the time of installation

If you believe there has been an error, please notify us within 7 days of your service appointment so we can promptly inspect and correct the issue. In cases where an error is confirmed, Grip Squad will either:

  • Reinstall the grip at no additional cost, or

  • Replace the grip with a new one if necessary

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after installation

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or play after installation

Our goal is 100% satisfaction through quality workmanship, and we stand behind every grip we install.
